PM Shah Urges Gen Z Lawmakers to Promote Self-Reliance
Prime Minister Balendra Shah has urged Gen Z lawmakers to adopt innovative, problem-solving approaches and create employment opportunities within the country for their generation.
Speaking at an interaction at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar on Friday, Shah called on lawmakers to focus on basic livelihood issues and lead by example. He encouraged them to conduct field research, make full use of information technology and move beyond outdated approaches.
Shah also advised the lawmakers to build independent professional careers alongside politics to ensure long-term self-reliance. The participating lawmakers welcomed his remarks as parental guidance and pledged to work toward creating opportunities for their generation within the country.
