Meeting between the Health Ministers of Nepal and India
A meeting has taken place between the health ministers of Nepal and India in Switzerland. A bilateral meeting took place between Health and Food Safety Minister Nisha Mehta and India’s Minister of Health and Family Welfare JP Nadda. The meeting occurred while they were attending the 79th World Health Assembly organized by the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. During the meeting, discussions were held on making the existing bilateral partnership in the health sector more sustainable and effective. Health Minister Mehta had gone to Geneva on Jestha 3 to participate in the assembly, leading a three-member delegation.
