Academic collaboration will be conducted among the three universities
Academic collaboration is to be carried out among three universities in Nepal. At Sudurpaschim University in Mahendranagar, a tripartite understanding has been reached between Tribhuvan University, Mid-Western University, and Sudurpaschim University for study, research, and academic cooperation. The vice-chancellors of all three universities signed the memorandum of understanding in the presence of Pradeva Devaraj Adhikari, Chairman of the University Grants Commission. Vice-Chancellor Pradeva Hemraj Pant of Sudurpaschim University, Vice-Chancellor Pradeva Deepak Aryal of Tribhuvan University, and Vice-Chancellor Pradeva Dhruv Kumar Gautam of Mid-Western University signed the agreement.
On that occasion, Registrar of Sudurpashchim University, Prof. Dr. Vinod Lekhak, expressed confidence that the collaboration between the universities would reach a new height through mutual understanding. The goal is to institutionalize the exchange of educational resources, research, technology, and experience among the three universities. In particular, programs such as joint classes through digital platforms, research collaboration, and shared use of professors will be promoted. The university stated that this collaboration is expected to make a significant contribution to improving quality in higher education, effective use of resources, and the development of a teaching system based on modern technology.
