HoR Polls: 33.41% of participants by 2:00 pm

Voting for the House of Representatives (HoR) Election 2026 commenced at 7:00 am today. By 2:00 pm, the Election Commission reported a voter turnout of approximately 33.41 percent, with a total of 63,16,215 votes recorded in the system. Despite minor disputes at some polling centers, voting has generally been proceeding enthusiastically across the country. However, it was noted that voting could not take place at one polling center in Dolakha, as communicated by EC Assistant Spokesperson Kul Bahadur GC to the RSS.
