Dangbung trekking route in Ramprasad Rai rural municipality, known for its scenic beauty, rhododendron, national flower, meadows, and local organic taste, attracts tourists. The purpose of the tourists, according to a local Jagdish Rai, was to enjoy the natural beauty and the cuisine that was prepared locally. The development of trekking has aided in commerce marketing. Rai suggests boosting tourism and linking to the national economy through a Rs 7 million trekking route established under Nepal’s climate model programme. Future plans call for the creation of homestays, connections to the larger Mundum trekking path, and other historically significant locations.
