New restrooms are added at Patan Durbar Square

In order to accommodate both local and foreign visitors, Lalitpur Metropolitan City has opened a state-of-the-art public lavatory in the Patan Durbar Square neighbourhood. The facility formally opened for business. Mayor Chiribabu Maharjan stated that despite the construction taking longer than anticipated, it was effectively finished during a program held to announce the opening. It will no longer be necessary for guests to look for restrooms in the Patan Durbar Square area. The new facility is a “showcase project,” he continued, not just for the city but also for other towns around the nation. The Patan Durbar Square area did have public restrooms, but they were not enough to accommodate the increasing demand.

There will no longer be a need for visitors to look around Patan Durbar Square for restrooms. He continued by calling the new facility a “showcase project,” referring to it not just for the city but also for other communities around the nation. In the vicinity of Patan Durbar Square, there were public restrooms, but not enough of them to accommodate the increasing demand.
