Shisir Khanal Appoints Journalist Jagdishor Panday as Press Advisor

Minister for Foreign Affairs Shisir Khanal has recruited journalist Jagdishor Panday as his press advisor.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Minister Khanal appointed Panday, a resident of Tadi Rural Municipality-4, Nuwakot, to the post of Press Advisor with a rank equal to Special Class (Secretary) of the Government of Nepal after the Cabinet meeting on April 14, 2026.

According to the Ministry’s announcement, Panday’s appointment took effect on July 17, 2026. Panday has worked with a number of national media organisations.
