Padma Jyoti Group sets a new standard for Honda’s after-sales service in Nepal
Syakar Trading Company, the official Honda dealer in Nepal and a part of the Padma Jyoti Group, has opened two new high-end Honda service centers as part of a big plan to grow its network across the country. The new buildings in Tripureshwor and Jyoti Bhawan, Kantipath, are the first step in a larger plan to open six state-of-the-art service centers across the country. Syakar Trading Company, the authorized distributor for Honda in Nepal and a subsidiary of the Padma Jyoti Group, has officially inaugurated two new premium Honda service centers as part of an ambitious plan to expand its network nationwide. The new facilities, located in Tripureshwor and Jyoti Bhawan, Kantipath, mark the first phase of a broader strategy to bring six state-of-the-art service centers into operation across the country.
Toshio Kuwahara, Vice President of Honda Motor Co., Ltd., Saurabh Jyoti, Chairman of Syakar Trading, and Suhrid Jyoti, Vice Chairman, were all there for the big event. This partnership shows a joint effort to bring after-sales support to Nepal that meets international standards, with a focus on making things easy for customers and providing high-quality service.
The new idea of “Premium Service at the Same Price” is a key part of this growth. This program makes sure that Honda customers can get better, higher-quality service at no extra cost. The company has stressed a “customer-first” approach by training employees to put customer satisfaction and convenience first and making the service process faster and more efficient.
The new centers are full “3S” facilities, which means they have a showroom, service workshops, and real spare parts all in one place. To back this up, the company has given the centers modern infrastructure, such as advanced diagnostic tools and digital service tracking systems. These features are meant to cut down on wait times by having fast service bays, while customers enjoy extra comforts like comfortable waiting areas during their visit.
This planned growth shows that Syakar Trading is still dedicated to giving Honda owners in Nepal a great experience. The company has reaffirmed its commitment to expanding its presence across the country now that these new centers are open. Its goal is to set a new standard for the quality of automotive service in the region.
