A stone was removed from Oli’s gallbladder

Kathmandu: The gallbladder surgery of KP Sharma Oli, Chairman of the CPN-UML and former Prime Minister, has been successfully completed. The stone in Oli’s gallbladder was removed on Monday. At Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, a team led by Dr. Paleshwor Joshi Lakhye performed the surgery and removed the stone from Oli’s gallbladder. Oli is currently in the ICU of Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital. Doctors have stated that the stone in his gallbladder was 22 mm in size. The day after the formation of the new government, Oli was arrested on charges of suppressing the Janajati movement. Since the day of his arrest, he has been admitted to Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital.
