‘Municipal Excellence Award’ Conferred on Halesi Tuwachung Municipality

Halesi Tuwachung municipality has been awarded the ‘Municipal Excellent Award,’ an accolade recognizing its outstanding institutional development, service delivery, and financial governance. This honor was presented to Mayor Bimala Rai by Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal during the 33rd establishment day celebration of the Municipal Association of Nepal (MUAN). The award was determined by the National Natural Resources and Fiscal Commission, which evaluated municipalities’ performance for the fiscal year 2081/82, ultimately designating Halesi Tuwachung as the top municipality in this regard.
