The president urges people to live more sustainably

President Ramchandra Paudel emphasized the importance of adopting a nature-friendly lifestyle during his message of best wishes to Nepali sisters and brothers on World Environment Day. The improper use of plastic polymers has led to plastic waste, posing a significant environmental challenge. It is recommended that everyone adopt a nature-oriented lifestyle for environmental improvement. World Environment Day emphasizes reducing plastic pollution, urging citizens to improve their environment, uphold ecological relationships, and live in a clean and healthy environment. The President has underlined that we must all concentrate on how to sustain the interdependent relationships between nature and the environment and he has called on all Nepali brothers and sisters to band together and take part in initiatives that will both improve the environment and lessen the pollution that comes from the use of plastic.

He conveyed his appreciation to all relevant parties, including development partners, government and non-governmental organizations, and those engaged in the important task of environmental preservation and improvement. President Paudel expressed his hope that the day will spark more enthusiasm and unity for implementing the issues Nepal has brought up in national and international forums, as well as the pledges made to lessen the negative effects of air, water, and land pollution on the environment.
