The Dhulikhel-Khawa road section’s contract has ended
The Dhulikhel-Khawa road segment along the Araniko Highway is currently under construction, and the Road Division Office Bhaktapur has terminated the contract. The contract for the four-kilometer road, which is undergoing expansion, has been terminated, the office announced in a public notification today. The decision to end the road’s contract was made at an office meeting on Tuesday.
The Rs 201.946 million contract for building the road from Dhulikhel to Khawa, the district headquarters, was given to Gauri Parbati Construction Service Pvt Ltd. Due to the contractor company’s construction delays, the project could not be finished even eleven months after the deadline.
