RSP Workshop Focuses on Policy Review, Organisational Strengthening and Leadership
The ruling Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has begun a two-day workshop titled “Policy, Organization, and Leadership” for its central committee members, focusing on reviewing party policies, strengthening organisational capacity and enhancing leadership skills. According to RSP Organization Department Chief Pramod Neupane, the workshop, the first in a planned series, features presentations on Nepal’s current situation, the party’s manifesto and principles, candidate selection, budget formulation, and the relationship between the party and government. Vice Chair Swarnim Wagle, General Secretary Bipin Kumar Acharya, Vice Chair Sobita Gautam and other party leaders are among those leading sessions on the first day. The second day will focus on the party’s organisational structure, institutional strengthening and the responsibilities of central committee members. Outgoing General Secretary Kabindra Burlakoti will address organisational matters, while Neupane will conclude the workshop with a session on the effective use of media and social media. The RSP says the initiative aims to strengthen its policy direction, organisational effectiveness and leadership ahead of upcoming political challenges.
