There will probably be a lot of rain in Bagmati and Gandaki today

Heavy rainfall is expected in hilly areas of Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces today, while moderate rainfall with thunder and lightning is likely in Lumbini’s Tarai region and Madhesh Province’s remaining Tarai. The country’s hilly regions, such as the Provinces of Lumbini and Sudupaschim, will get mostly cloudy skies this afternoon, while the Tarai region will see partly cloudy skies. Later tonight, the country’s hilly regions, such as the provinces of Koshi, Madhesh, and Sudurpaschim, will continue to see mostly cloudy skies, while the Tarai region will get partly cloudy skies.

A few locations in the country’s mountainous regions, such as Madhesh and Sudurpaschim Provinces, as well as one or two locations in the remaining Tarai region, could experience moderate rainfall along with thunder and lightning. According to the Department, monsoon winds are currently having an impact all throughout the nation.
