Yadav, the ambassador of Nepal to Australia, displays credentials
In a solemn ceremony on Wednesday at Government House in Canberra, Nepal’s Ambassador to the Commonwealth of Australia, Chitralekha Yadav, gave Australia’s Governor-General, Sam Mostyn AC, her Letters of Credence. Ambassador Yadav paid the Governor-General a courtesy call after the event, bringing with him the warmest congratulations and best wishes from President Ram Chandra Paudel of Nepal. She also reaffirmed the Governor-General’s offer to come to Nepal.
The two sides discussed a number of topics during their discussion, including the bilateral relations between Nepal and Australia, which are bolstered by developing people-to-people links and mutual understanding, trust, and collaboration. Senior Australian government officials and employees from the Embassy of Nepal attended the credential ceremony.
