The ‘best hospital’ in Nepal is Bhaktapur Hospital

A minimal service standard assessment gave Bhaktapur Hospital a score of 90 out of 100, making it the top hospital in the nation. In addition to announcing Bhaktapur Hospital’s fourth straight top rating, Bagmati Province’s Minister of Health Kiran Thapa pledged 10 million rupees for the rebuilding of an old building, dialysis services, and neuro services. Dr. Sumitra Gautam, the health secretary for Bagmati Province, commended Bhaktapur Hospital for its 121-year existence and said that management support, staff dedication, and shielding from outside influences are all necessary to provide high-quality services.

Lumbini Provincial Hospital ranked second with 89 points, while Bharatpur Hospital came in third with 88 points, according to the research. Out of 13 hospitals in Bagmati province, Dhading Hospital came in second with 82 points, while Trishuli Hospital came in third with 81 points, according to Dr. Phanindra Prasad Baral of Bir Hospital, a member of the evaluation panel. The director of Bhaktapur Hospital, Surendra Prasad Bhatta, provided an update on the hospital’s amenities and services, pointing out that more patients than in previous years were seeking maternity, surgical, inpatient, and outpatient care this year.
