Panchthar’s Battise is a thriving tourist site

Battise Resort, a new tourist destination near Battise Falls, has been developed with nearly Rs. 15 million investment by local Prem Limbu. Located 500 meters uphill, the resort features cottages, homestay facilities, traditional wooden swings, ponds, and miniature bird houses, complemented by a well-maintained garden. A small zoo with about 15 animal and bird species is also part of the resort. The location is now much more appealing to tourists because to the construction of over a dozen unusual constructions, such as wooden swings and sculptures with Himalayan themes. The utilization of regional goods, traditional food, fresh veggies, and the serene, hygienic surroundings are what attract most tourists.

The area’s beautiful, evergreen surroundings make it a popular travel destination throughout the year. Popular tourist spot Battise Falls receives 30 to 30 visitors per day and has a significant potential for tourism because of its close proximity to other attractions. According to Brijahang Angdembwe, the chairman of the Falgunanda Rural Municipality, Battise is a well-liked domestic tourism site that has been drawing a lot of tourists because of its enticing structures and family-friendly ambiance.
