One way traffic restored in Mid-Hill Highway in Baglung
After being blocked by a landslide and falling debris, the Mid-Hill Highway along the Kathekhola Rural Municipality in Baglung district is now open again. Keshav Thapa, the police inspector of the Baglung District Police Office, stated that one-way traffic has been restored after the landslip debris was cleared with the use of an excavator.
He claimed that halfway after the landslide, the cars traveling to and from Baglung, Rolpa, Rukum, Jajarkot, Dolpa, and Gulmi were stuck. According to Police Inspector Thapa, work is being done to remove the debris, and by Tuesday afternoon, traffic on both sides will fully resume.
