On western portion of Mugling-Pokhara road, 53% of construction finished

The western portion of the Mugling-Pokhara road expansion project has around 53% of its construction finished. According to the Mugling Pokhara road project, more than half of the designated works have been finished from Jamun to the Seti Bridge. According to project manager Krishna Bahadur Kunwar, a 24-kilometer stretch has been blacktopped on both sides, while a 12.8-kilometer part has been blacktopped in one direction.

He stated that the remaining three kilometers on the western section will be blacktopped one way by the middle of June. According to him, 92 out of 100 culverts have been built, and 10 of the 12 bridges in the western sector have been finished so far. According to him, the removal of 424 electric poles in the area has caused a delay in the construction process as a whole.
