Nationwide, the weather is expected to stay pleasant
The weather will be fair the rest of the time due to the influence of the westerly low-pressure system, but it will be partly to generally cloudy in the country’s hilly regions, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division. According to the Division, one or two locations in the high hilly and mountainous regions of the provinces of Koshi, Bagmati, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim are expected to experience light rain. Tonight’s forecast calls for partly to mostly cloudy conditions in the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces, and partly cloudy conditions in the remaining hilly areas of the nation. Tonight, there may be some snowfall in the high, mountainous, and hilly regions of the provinces of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki.
Light rain is expected in one or two locations in the provinces of Koshi, Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim over the course of the next day. In light of the weather’s partial effects on health, roads, and civil aviation, the Division has advised everyone involved to exercise caution. It has also mentioned that light snowfall may fall in Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces’ high hilly and mountainous regions, as well as in one or two locations in other provinces.
