Mutually beneficial program between Nepal and Indonesia aimed at promoting travel

In an effort to promote tourism in the nation, a cultural exchange program between Nepal and Indonesia was held in Kathmandu on Sunday evening. The Last Frontiers Trekking Company, in collaboration with the NTB and AMS Music and Entertainment, hosted a cultural event featuring singers and performers from Nepal and Indonesia. A 13-person Indonesian delegation had just arrived in Nepal for the event.

Such gatherings are anticipated to boost the travel and tourism industry while strengthening cultural ties between Nepal and Indonesia. Mingma Dorjee Sherpa, the managing director of the Last Frontiers Trekking Company, stated that cooperation between Nepal and Indonesia is expected to boost tourism in the future and that Nepal could host over 2 million Buddhist tourists. The Indonesian singers expressed their joy at the chance to travel to Nepal and perform while singing a few pop and folk tunes from their homeland.
