Country’s hilly areas will experience a partial shift in climate

Westerly winds are currently partially influencing local winds in the nation. While there is some cloud cover in the hilly area, the rest of the country is seeing fair weather, according to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology. The division added that the rest of the country will see partly cloudy conditions, while the hilly areas of Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces will see partly to generally cloudy conditions. One or two locations in the hilly areas of the provinces of Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim are likely to experience light rain accompanied by thunder and lightning, and one or two locations in the high hilly and mountainous region are likely to experience light snowfall.

Tonight, there will be some clouds in the hilly areas of the provinces of Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim. There is a chance of light rain, thunder, and lightning in one or two locations in the hilly areas of the provinces of Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim over the course of the next day. Additionally, one or two locations in the high hilly and mountainous regions are likely to experience light snowfall.
