In provinces of Koshi, Gandaki & Bagmati, heavy rainfall is anticipated

The effects of the monsoon wind are currently being felt in certain areas of the provinces of Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, and Gandaki. The weather in Lumbini Province’s eastern strip is comparable. In the western regions of the nation, westerly and local winds are also having a minor impact, according to the Weather Forecasting Division. Today’s weather is expected to be partly cloudy and mostly overcast, with mild to moderate rainfall, thunder, and lightning in certain areas of every province.

It is anticipated that a few locations in the provinces of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki may see heavy to extreme rainfall. It is predicted that snow will fall in some areas of these provinces’ high hills and mountains. There will be considerable rains in a few locations even in Lumbini Province.
