21st Handicraft Trade Fair in Kathmandu has been conducted

The 21st Handicraft Trade Fair and the 19th Handicraft Competition are being conducted in Kathmandu to promote the national and worldwide markets for handicrafts made by Nepali artists, manufacturers, and sculptors. The Nepal Handicrafts Federation announced that the activities would be conducted from December 5 to 9. It will be organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supply, as well as the Trade and Export Promotion Centre.

According to fair coordinator Dilli Ratna Tuladhar, industrialists and entrepreneurs would be able to exchange information and abilities in handcraft design while also interacting with national and international buyers. In the competition, the first-place winner or group would get a cash prize of Rs 50,000, followed by Rs 30,000 and Rs 20,000 for second and third place, respectively. Federation Chairman Prachanda Shakya announced that international guests had been invited to the fair.
